About Me

MY NAME IS Kevin

I’m a second generation tradesman from a large family of skilled carpenters. I began my construction career as a teenager working for an antique company restoring furniture and older homes. I then spent a few years working for my uncles’ framing company. From there I went to work for a semi-custom home builder as a punch out carpenter and quickly moved up to superintendent where I worked for 12 years. During that time I supervised the construction of over 250 semi-custom and custom homes ranging from 2300 sf. to over 8000 sf. My next position was for another home builder where I served as production manager for 3 years and then Vice President for 16 years. In those capacities I oversaw all facets of new home construction from plan design to final walk through and post construction service. My middle son, Alex, was hired as a punch out carpenter and soon became a superintendent. He is now an integral part of Performance Home Services, LLC and we are building a reputable business here in South Carolina.
